Terms of admission and use

By entering Conny-Land, the visitor accepts the following terms of admission and use as binding. How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.

1. Admission ticket

Access to Conny-Land is permitted only with a valid day ticket or season pass.

The admission ticket entitles the visitor to enter Conny-Land during opening hours.

The current opening hours for each day are available on the website.

The admission ticket becomes invalid when you leave the grounds. Re-entry on the same day is only possible with a stamp, which you receive at the administration building before leaving.

If Conny-Land closes early in the low season or due to weather conditions, there is no right to a refund of the admission price.

Technical breakdowns of rides do not entitle visitors to a reduction or refund of the admission price.

2. Season passes

The season pass entitles the holder to enter Conny-Land as often as they like during the entire season.

Validity and identification

Season passes are only valid with a photo.
In case of doubt, an official photo ID must be shown at the request of the supervisory staff (e.g. identity card, driving licence, SwissPass).
The season pass is not transferable. It will be confiscated in the event of misuse.

Upgrade from day ticket to season pass

An upgrade from a day ticket to a season pass must be purchased at the office on the day of the visit; later upgrades are not possible.
The admission price already paid will be credited in full towards the price of the season pass.

3. Showing the admission ticket

The visitor is obliged to show the admission ticket to the supervisory staff on request.

We expressly point out that criminal prosecution for trespassing and obtaining free admission by deception is possible.

4. Tickets purchased online

Cancellations and monetary refunds are not possible.
Copying, altering or imitating tickets is prohibited.
The QR code on the ticket must be machine-readable.
Any misuse of tickets is prohibited.

In the event of a violation, the right to participate may be forfeited and damages may also be claimed.

5. Behaviour in the park

Harassing other visitors or park staff is prohibited.
Entering the rides in a way that does not correspond to the facilities provided is prohibited.
Instructions from the supervisory staff and mandatory signs must be followed.
Disruptive behaviour that affects park operations may lead to expulsion from Conny-Land without entitlement to a refund of the admission fee.
The supervisory staff are entitled to exercise all rights arising from the right of the owner to determine who may enter and remain on the premises.
Use of the children's playgrounds is at your own risk. The age specifications for the individual play areas must be observed.

6. Consumption of food and drinks brought along

Consuming food and drinks brought along is strictly prohibited in the restaurants.

7. Supervisors and parents

Supervisors and parents are liable for their children.
For group visits by children, a responsible person must be named.
The accompanying person is responsible for the supervision and safety of the children.

8. Use of the rides

The individual rides at Conny-Land are available to visitors for free use in accordance with their intended purpose.

Entering the rides outside the facilities provided or leaving the permitted paths is not allowed.
All rides are used at your own risk.
The visitor is obliged to use the safety devices provided, to take care when getting on and off, to observe information and mandatory signs and to follow the instructions of the supervisory staff.
Pregnant women use the rides at their own risk. Space Shot Tower, Crazy Professor and Cobra are not permitted for pregnant women.

9. Disclaimer & conditions of participation – Swimming with sea lions

Participation in Swimming with sea lions is at your own risk. Neither the organisers nor the operators are liable for injuries, damage or losses arising during or in connection with this activity.

Requirements

Minimum age: 6 years.
All participants must be able to swim.
Adequate physical fitness is required; health restrictions must be reported before taking part.

Procedure

Clothing: wearing a wetsuit is mandatory. Wetsuits are provided; you may bring your own.
Contact with the sea lions is only permitted on the trainers' instructions.
The instructions of the trainers and supervisors must be followed at all times.
Total duration approx. 1 hour, of which approx. 30 minutes in the water.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are not possible.
Postponing to another date is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate.
Without a medical certificate, the booking is forfeited without compensation, even if cancelled in good time.

10. Inspection of bags and containers

When entering Conny-Land, staff are entitled to inspect the contents of bags, backpacks and other containers.
Bringing glass bottles and potentially dangerous objects is not permitted.
Using sound devices or musical instruments brought along is not permitted.
If necessary, personal checks may also be carried out.
Dogs are welcome at Conny-Land but must be kept on a lead at all times.

11. Car park

The Conny-Land car park is available to visitors; the parking fee is included in the admission price.

12. Risk of slipping

Weather conditions can cause a risk of slipping in the park.

Barriers, non-slip footwear, walking slowly and using the handrails provided are recommended to avoid accidents.
If these instructions are not followed, contributory negligence may be attributed in the event of damage.

13. Filming and photography on the rides

Filming with mobile phones or other unsecured cameras during the ride is not permitted on all major rides or faster circular rides.
Action cameras (e.g. GoPro) are only permitted if they are securely attached to the body with a harness (chest or body strap). Cameras on selfie sticks, on the head, on the wrist or held loosely in the hand are not allowed.
Mobile phones and other unsecured devices must be stowed away during the ride.

By using the attractions, the rider consents to the taking and storing of images during the ride, which may be shown on screens or sold.

14. Liability and damages

Liability for damage suffered at Conny-Land is excluded, except in the case of intentional conduct.
Complaints must be made to the administration before leaving the park grounds.
Loss, theft or damage to items not owned by Conny-Land will not be compensated.
The visitor is obliged to pay compensation for damage caused intentionally.
Accompanying persons are responsible for damage caused by children.

15. Photos and videos in the park

During your visit to Conny-Land, you may be photographed and/or filmed. This material may be used on our website or our social media. By entering Conny-Land, you automatically consent to this use. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to the photographer or camera operator.
