Up to 700 parking spaces are available for our guests right next to the park.

Parking fees are already included in the admission price, so there are no extra costs for you. Simply arrive and park – you don't need to validate a ticket or buy a separate parking ticket.

There are 2 charging stations for electric vehicles in the Conny-Land car park. They cannot be reserved in advance, and availability cannot be guaranteed.

1. Baby changing room/area: available at the entrance, in the restaurant by the toilets, or in the ladies' toilet at Voodoo Island.

2. High chairs: available in the restaurant.

• Takes place in all weathers.
• The sea lion pool is not heated; a wetsuit is required.
• No refund for late arrival or no-shows.

• Admission tickets can be bought online or on site.
• Prices at the ticket desk are higher than online. Booking one day in advance is even a little cheaper.
• Offers such as Breakfast with sea lions, Sea lion trainer for a day, Swimming with sea lions or birthday parties must be booked online.

• Admission tickets that have been bought but not used are not refunded.

• In case of illness, the dated admission ticket can be converted into a voucher for another day (rebooking fee CHF 5.–).

• Tickets booked for the wrong day can be rebooked to another date at the ticket desk for a rebooking fee of CHF 5.–.

• To postpone Swimming with sea lions or Sea lion trainer for a day, a medical certificate is required.

• Self-service restaurant: open daily 10:00–17:00.
• Other food stands: open daily at 12:00.

Please note that food and drinks brought along may not be consumed in our restaurants. In addition, food, drinks and pets are not allowed on the rides or at the shows.

• Taking photos and filming outside the rides is allowed.

• For safety reasons, cameras and mobile phone recordings are forbidden during the ride on the larger rides, including selfie sticks.

• GoPros on the head, on the wrist or on selfie sticks are not allowed.

• Exception: GoPros that are securely attached to the body with a harness (chest or body strap).

• Loose items must be stowed away and not held in your hand.

• Please always follow the staff's instructions.

Bringing and using drones is forbidden for safety reasons.

There is no cash machine at Conny-Land, but you can withdraw cash with a debit card (EC card) at all sales stands.

At the ticket desk and at all sales stands, we accept cash as well as debit card (EC card), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Twint and PostFinance.

• At the ticket desk you can ask for wristbands for children on which you can write your phone number. They are fastened around the wrist.
• The meeting point for lost children is at our administration office.

• If you need to leave the park briefly on the same day, please report to the administration building.
• There you will receive a stamp on your wrist so that you can re-enter the park.
• Re-entry is not possible without this stamp.

• A picnic area with a barbecue is available at Conny-Land; you can prepare and eat food you've brought along here.
• No reservation required.
• You can bring your own charcoal or buy it on site.
• Time at the picnic area is limited to 1 hour so that other guests can use it too.

Lots of fun at Conny-Land even when the weather is uncertain! Covered attractions such as Crazy Professor, Dino Attack, Jungle Adventure and the 5D flight simulator are waiting for you.

All covered attractions

• Cobra roller coaster: in heavy rain, storms and temperatures below zero, the ride must be closed for safety reasons.
• Magic Tree and Sky ride: in strong winds or storms, the rides must be closed for safety reasons.

• Lockers are available under the Giant slide (CHF 1.– per opening).
• Larger items of luggage can be left in the covered outdoor area at Jungle Adventure, but without supervision or guarantee.

There is no doctor at Conny-Land. In emergencies or for minor injuries, please go to the administration office.

• Handcarts (pull-along wagons) are allowed in the park.
• Tricycles, inline skates, roller skates, kick scooters etc. are not permitted.
• You can rent a handcart from us for CHF 5.– per day plus a CHF 20.– deposit. Keys are available at the popcorn stand.

Accessible toilets are located at the entrance and at the restaurant.

For safety reasons, the attractions have height and age restrictions.

Children under 3: there's lots to experience at Conny-Land for children under 3, too. In the Bouncy castle, on the Minicars or in the Baby Village at Jungle Adventure, even the littlest ones have lots of fun.

Children alone in the park: children may also visit the park alone, but this is the parents' responsibility.

The safety of all guests and staff is our top priority. That's why we carry out random bag and backpack checks in the entrance area. Please follow the instructions of the security staff.

The following items may not be brought into Conny-Land: weapons and dangerous objects (knives, scissors, pepper spray, stun guns, drugs, etc.), spirits / high-proof alcohol.

A pleasant visit to Conny-Land includes certain rules of conduct: harassing other visitors or staff, entering rides without authorisation, ignoring instructions from staff or mandatory signs, and any disruption of park operations may lead to immediate expulsion from the park, without entitlement to a refund of the admission fee. The supervisory staff have the right to take all appropriate measures.

• Pets are welcome at Conny-Land but must be kept on a lead, and you must clean up after them.
• However, animals may not be taken into restaurants, attractions, rides or shows.

There is no accommodation at Conny-Land itself, but on our website you will find hotels nearby that offer reduced rates for our guests.
