Disclaimer
1. I understand and accept that I take part in swimming with sea lions at my own risk and that neither the organisers nor the operators can be held liable for any injury, damage or loss occurring during or in connection with this activity.
2. I confirm that I am physically fit enough to take part in this activity and that I have no health problems that could endanger my participation.
3. I agree to follow the instructions of the trainers and supervisors throughout the entire experience and to observe all safety precautions.
4. I acknowledge that photos are taken during the programme and given to the participants of the swimming group afterwards. Anyone who does not agree must let us know before the programme starts (see «Photos»).
Age limit
The programme is suitable for participants aged 6 and over.
Clothing
Wearing a wetsuit is compulsory. We provide wetsuits. If you want to be sure the suit fits perfectly, we recommend bringing your own.
Interaction with the animals
Contact with the sea lions is only permitted on the trainers' instructions. Unplanned touching is not allowed.
Taking part in the water
All participants must be able to swim.
Photos
During the programme our team takes photos. The photos are included in the price and are handed over after the programme.
All participants of the swimming group receive the photos of this programme. Other participants, including children and teenagers, will therefore also be visible in them.
Conny-Land AG does not use the photos for advertising purposes. They serve solely as a souvenir for the participants.
If you do not want photos of you to be given to other participants, please let the trainer team or the office know before the programme starts. Your photos will then be kept separate and given only to you, or for minors to the accompanying adult.
If you do not wish to be photographed at all, please also let the trainer team or the office know before the programme starts. The trainers will then make sure that you do not appear in the photos.
For minors, the parent or legal guardian or the accompanying adult lets us know. Teenagers may also let us know themselves. Anyone registering minors confirms that their parent or legal guardian agrees to these rules.
Without notice before the programme starts, registering and taking part counts as consent to the photos being given to the swimming group. Once handed over, the photos can no longer be withdrawn or deleted.
Photos in which other people can be recognised may only be used privately and may not be published without their consent, for example on social media. For minors, the consent of the parent or legal guardian is required. Conny-Land AG accepts no liability for any use by participants that breaches this rule.
Duration
The whole programme lasts about 1 hour, of which approx. 30 minutes are spent in the water.
Refunds
Refunds are not possible.
Rescheduling to another date is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate. Without a medical certificate the booking is forfeited without replacement, even if cancelled in good time.
Exclusion
Failure to observe the points above may result in participants being excluded from the activity, with no entitlement to a refund.
